Squeeshy for iPhone & iPad

Squeeshy is a free app for keeping track of your squishy toy collection. Your photos and your collection are yours. The app is provided as it is, with no charge and no warranty.
By downloading or using Squeeshy ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app. The app is published by 312 IT Consulting ("we", "us").
Squeeshy is free. There are no purchases inside the app, no subscriptions and no adverts. We do not ask you for payment details, and we never will inside the app.
The photographs you take, the names you give your squishies and the collections you build are yours. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to use them. They are stored on your own device and we have no access to them — see the Privacy Policy for detail.
You are responsible for what you photograph. Please only photograph things you are entitled to photograph.

The app itself — its code, name, icon and design — belongs to us. Using the app does not transfer any of that to you. The app includes open-source software used under its own licence.
Squeeshy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will identify a squishy's colour, size or shape correctly. It is a toy-collection app, and its guesses are guesses.
Because the app stores everything locally and we hold no copy, we cannot recover your collection if you delete the app, lose your device, or lose your data for any other reason. If your collection matters to you, keep device backups turned on.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update the app, change how it works, or stop offering it. We may also update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept the revised terms.
Squeeshy is distributed through Apple's App Store, and Apple's own terms apply to that distribution. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
